CHANTERELLE - FRESH

We purchase the yellow chanterelle from the pickers who pick the fruit in the forests out of range of industrial areas.

Before packaging we remove all mechanical impurities, separating thereby the damaged parts. We do the packing into wooden crates of 3 kg net or into the chip – beskets of 1 kg and 0,5 kg, and dependig upon the requests of customers, we sort them according to their size.

 

CHANTERELLE - DRY

We cut, previously cleaned, fresh chanterelle into pieces and dry it in such state either in a drier or in the sun.

After drying, we recontrol and grade it into 3 classes depending on colour and size.

 

CHANTERELLE - IN BRINE

After marination we grade the cleaned goods according to their size:

  • to 1,5 to 2 cm
  • from 1,5 to 3 cm
  • from 3 to 5 cm
  • from 5 cm upwards
  • industrial quality

Everything is packed into barrels of 150 kg net of goods.
