BOLETUS - FRESH
Fresh boletus (boletus edulis, aereus, pinicola) is gathered in ecological areas all over Serbia, far away from any pollution, typical for big cities and industrial regions. That is why it could be well said that edible boletus belongs to the rank of ecologically healthy food, enriched by nutritious ingredients specific for that king.
BOLETUS - DRY
Well cleaned fresh boletus is cut and dried in a drier (S) or in the sun (O).
Separated and sorted goods are packed into cartons, and if agreed, into commercial packages as well. Sorting is done according to colour, size and presence of bites.

That is why it could be well said that edible boletus belongs to the rank of ecologically healthy food, enriched by nutritious ingredients specific for that king.
The technology of freezing is modern, and processing and classification is done by educated personnel. Frozen boletus is sorted according to thickness, colour of plate and according to the appearance in the way it is shown in the table.

BOLETUS - IN BRINE
After thermal treatment and fermentation the goods have been processed and sorted out as in the table. The classes garnitur, medium and grande after processing have been packed separately when special kinds of edible boletus are concerned, such as white (boletus edulis) and red (boletus pinicola) ones.
